I just upgraded the OS on my HTC One M7 to Lollipop. Now I cannot get anything to play on Aha. It connects through Streams and I can change programs and channels but nothing actually plays. It just sits at 0:00. I have tried the 15 second back and 30 second forward buttons but nothing happens. Anyone else had this trouble with Lollipop?

Also I cannot get car information from the AcuraLink app on my Lollipop tablets but I can on my Lollipop phones. Anyone experience this problem?

 

I have lost some stations around the time my phone went to Lollipop - a month or 2 ago. I presume it does not play through the speaker in your phone/headphones either? I have another thread on this - but a colleagues Samsung S4 which is on kitkat still has the same problem. iphones work fine. If I use the AHA app direct (as opposed to acura streams feeding off aha) all works fine. So the issue is somewhere in the interface between AHA and Acura Streams. I have reported it to ACR Canada but I have no expectation of anything happening. Very frustrating as I have dropped XM hoping to make use of AHA...and I could of course BT stream off AHA but that's not the point. can you call ACR too and mention same. BBC world service usually works...but other BBC stations don't. But all do on AHA direct.

 

Come tho think of it when I first got lollipop I could not connect with the car at all...but that remedied itself quite quickly.

 

I got smooth jazz to work yesterday but none of the other stations including BBC will work. I may try my wife's phone (same model) and see if it works.

 

Just for you guys, I installed the app and tried it out. Worked fine for me. Nexus 6, 5.0.1.

 

radio 5 BBC is working for the moment. 4 isnt. nor is 3, nor 2. Makes no sense. world service always does. switch to AA direct, all work...think I need to call AHA and see what they say....no telephone...that figures. I'll email.

 

I read somewhere that the BBC changed the codec they use for some of their feeds recently so maybe that has something to do with it.

 

And bbc radio 2 works? I have nexus 5, 5.0.1 also.

 

Just tried it out again, using the AcuraLink Streaming app. BBC Radio 4, 5, and 6 work. 1 and 2 do not.

This is why I just use Google Play for my music needs.

 

I cannot get any channel to work except Smooth Jazz. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times. Nothing works.
