Anyone know source is for the traffic data from AcuraLink?

Tonight I was sitting in bumper to bumper traffic and the AcuraLink traffic info on the nav was showing green while Inrix and other nav apps were showing congestion and red. This has happened on more than one road on several days. It's of the data is old/stale or just not being fed to the car.
