TLX with features never seen before (different county?)
Whats up with this TLX? Does not look like a US or Canada model, maybe for another country?
Some things I noticed I have never seen on any TLX:
--Clear corner headlights
--3 buttons to the left of the enter button on the center stack...whats the 3rd one for?
--Door lock button on all 4 exterior door handles compared to just front 2
--Red emergency flashers button
--Buttons on side of passenger seat so rear passengers can adjust the seat
--Window visors on rear door and rear sunshade
WHAT AM I LOOKING AT?????

That also appears to be an advanced package model with a 4 cylinder engine. Notice the traditional shift lever compared to the V6 push button. There is no advance package available in 4 cylinder form in the US or Canadian versions.

She looks and sounds very Russian. The Alphabet looks to be Russian too by my uneducated eye. I don't begrudge them the heated rear seats in that part of the world!

I never watched the second video, I could get the courage to hit the play arrow and lose that gorgeous shot.
The first video though shows how gorgeous the TLX is....It is a very well designed car and will age well, more so than my IS for sure, although I don't care as I only keep my cars for 3 years. The TLX is almost there design-wise.....Just better wheels/tires, visible tips, an integrated bodykit (although I could deal with the tacked on) and a more sportier interior (a non wood option).
What they got almost right with the looks (unlike the 4G TL) they screwed up with the transmission options and less than fully tested gizmos. Maybe the MMC will address all of these shortcomings.
** EDIT - I take it back, I watched and glad I did! OH MY! LOVE the boots!

They have website. two dealers in Moscow. they are using 245/45/18 as standard tires.
0-60 in 8.2 second. C&D got in 6.8sec. you can see Acura/honda are conservative interms of performance estimates.

BTW, I would say after driving a 2016 3.5 that they have got the 9 speed fixed. I have always loved the 8 speed and have driven at least 5 2.4 TLXs/ILXs and have never noticed anything but crisp smooth shifts…which is why I will likely switch if the deal is reasonable.

Looks like to me those are switches for the power seats so the rear passenger can move the seat forward if necessary. All Lexus LS models since 2001 have had that I doubt its used much, its more of a chauffeur time design to it

This topic (well, that 1st video) was brought up on another site. The consensus there is that this is a Chinese model (there is definitely Asian writing on some of the infotainment controls). It looks to have many of the same features as the Canadian model, but of note are those seat controls. I posted a better picture of them from a 2015 Honda Spirior in that other thread.

Definitely Chinese given the white ILX next to it (which isn't sold in Russia). Not to mention all the Chinese peeps walking around it

Also converted in USD it is considerable cheaper than in the ÈUSA.

When they write 2014/2015 (or in this case, 2014-2015, I guess), they're talking more about when the model is sold. In other words, the 2015 model is sold, typically from Autumn in 2014 to Autumn in 2015; hence some regions may call this the 2014/2015 model, while other regions simply call this the 2015 model.

Oh boy the body kit ruins the car in the first video. It is soo cheap looking and it screams aftermarket. The front looks like it does not even color match properly! I have never seen any brand to do such a half-a.. body kits except honda/acura. WTF they are thinking.

And china gets the 360 degree camera in the TLX. In US thats only available in RLX advance. Oh well, I guess they could use it there being that they are probably not as good at parking over there. whhooopps
