TLX 3.5 AWD Advance or Infiniti Q50S AWD

For the price of a brand new TLX SHAWD you may also want to look at the Lexus GS350. You'll likely pay MSRP for the TLX right now, but the GS350 can be had with significant discounts (selling for under invoice on 2014s right now).
vbx - not sure which F-Sport you got rid of, but I'm very happy with my GS350 F-Sport AWD.
Without having sat in or test driven the TLX yet, I'll go out on a limb and say that I think the GS350's materials, fit & finish are better than the TLX. The GS's interior is usually rated as one of the top if not the top in its class. The exterior really depends on your preference (spindle grill, versus power plenum). Just another car to possibly consider / test drive.

Here in Canada, I don't think I can compare TLX AWD with GS AWD as they are 10K apart in price. Even an IS 350 F is more expensive than TLX V6 AWD Elite(~47.5k) . I think for the price point the TLX is the best value even compared with Genesis 3.8 AWD full equipped (~54k) .

Yeah thats why I was saying the deals on a 2014 GS350 AWD are pretty good right now because the 2015s are about to come out. Dealers have been selling them for below invoice. Agree - MSRP to MSRP the cars are too far apart.
The MSRP of the TLX SHAWD Advance is ~$45k. You're likely to pay MSRP if you're buying this car in the next few months.
If that is the model you're looking at (like the OP said), $47k or even less is realistic (deals are even better on the West Coast than the East Coast) for a GS350 AWD (non-F-Sport). If you lease, you can take an additional $1750 off that price (rebate) and your first month's payment is free.
The F-Sport AWD can be had for ~54k or less before rebates.
A CPO or used 2013 or 2014 GS350 can be had for even less. With low miles (less than 10k) you can get a 2014 GS350 AWD for less than $45k example: http://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-s...77559944&Log=0
@Momyc - Not sure about pricing in Canada, but perhaps they are too far apart in Canada.
