stupid question regarding compensate?
stupid question regarding compensate?
Hey guys,
Stupid question but just wondering....I got several problems with the car and after several times in the shop, things being replace (rain sensor, LKAS camera changed) and it still giving me problem. I'm sure most people here know the rain sensor is a pos. While the manual indicate between 45-90mph, mine worked between 45-65mph, and anything above that is a hit and miss. I just read review article about the 2017 MDX, and even then they said the LKAS is a hit and miss at high speed. You guys think with enough trips to the dealership and none is resolve, would Acura compensate for it? It is unfair that we have to paid for something and can't really use it all the time. Has anyone even try to talk to them regarding it?

Hmm, Im not sure how compensation might help. Maybe they can offer you a discount on a service. Typically they won't compensate for something as long as they are trying to fix the issue under warranty but who nows it doesn't hurt to ask! Best of luck, hopefully they just fix the issue.
