Fresh oil change
good gas

sound is making me crazy
windows have to be down to hear it
does not do it at idle nor when revving in park.

In the video I’m doing between 25 & 30 mph

no - it goes away w speed

Sounds like from underneath the car.
Things to check:
- Lug nut torque: sometimes, loose wheel lug nuts will cause some noise due to the wheel's small movements against the hub.
- Brake-related: check backsplash or other stuff
- Have the car on a lift and look for anything that is contacting one of the driveshafts / other rotating component.
