Price paid for your TLX in Canada?

From my experience and what I've been reading, I think 2-3% above invoice, before factory incentives is a good starting point. Right now for the TLX Tech, Acura is giving a $2000 credit for a cash purchase or $1000 for finance/lease.

Hope I am not breaking any rules but our pre owned dept has a mint 2.4 tech with premium michelin tires and the spare tire kit I took in on trade for $33,899. Mint means totally mint, only 3100 kms. Traded in for an Accord. This is Calgary. SSM (the slightly bluey silver)/black interior. Cost the original owner over 41K new. The transmission works perfectly in case anyone wonders - same as mine!

Help need on price
Hi everyone!
I've been reading this forum for a few weeks now, because I want to buy a TLX SH-AWD Elite. I found that you guys give very interresting advice! Thanks for that.
I have questions about pricing...
I owned an Acura RSX 2002 (the new model when it came on the market) up until now. Very satisfied with the car... only 175 000 km
In 2002, when I bought the car, the dealer told me that there were no negociation possible for the brand, because it is considered a luxuary car. I believed him at that moment, although another dealer gave me 1000$ in rebate
I just read about the website unhaggle... and it seemed that the invoice price for the dealer is 43, 691$ for that trim (SH-AWD Elite). There is also a 3500$ incentive if paid cash offered by Acura Canada.
My questions are:
1) It seems that I can negotiate based on the 43, 691$ and giving the dealer 4% seem reasonable on top of that price. Let say the dealer is willing to sell it for 45, 450$... do I then substrat the 3500$ incentive offer from that price?
2) Do Acura have a loyalty deduction, as I owned right now an Acura car? If so, how much?
Thank you very much for your help... looking to buy before the end of the month so I can still have the incentive.
PS: Sorry for the bad english, french is my first language. I am based in Montreal.
