Got an invite to fill out a J.D. Power Survey.

Gave my honest impressions and listed issues with the car.

Now I guess it is time to write to Acura Client Relations about two minor issues.

 

I'm getting ready to do mine... I keep forgetting.

 

Been there. Done that. Had no problems to report.

 

Completed the survey myself. Mentioned the issue with the BSI.

 

The only issues that I recalled having when I completed mine a couple of weeks ago was the rocking when braking and the cut in the dash I noticed after purchase (which Acura and the dealership fixed with no further problems). I reported those.

 

I responded to the survey, and one of the things I mentioned was how dumb it was to send a survey out when I'd only been driving the car for a few weeks. That's not nearly long enough to learn everything about the car or to form an informed opinion.

After 5 weeks, I had three items to report as failures. And 1 week the car was in the shop.
