Heated Steering Wheel Option on TLX A-Spec?

Heated Steering Wheel Option on TLX A-Spec?
It appears that the heated steering wheel may be an option on the 2018 TLX A-Spec based on the build configurator. Can anyone confirm this or has anyone ordered the A-Spec version of the car with this option?

I have the heated steering wheel on mine. Not sure if it’s on the US version though.

I put the heated steering wheel in my A-Spec. In Canada, if you buy the Elite trim, it comes with it, but it's an optional accessory in the United States.

I just purchased the 2018 tl sh-awd a-spec tech and it also comes with the heating steering wheel

Actually, the heated steering wheel is included even on the Tech trim level up here in Canada. As are heated rear seats, power folding mirrors, heated mirrors, and even the lock buttons on the rear door handles.

In the U.S, it is available but its a dealer installed accessory. P/N 08U97-TZ3-210B

WOW! So we are getting more goodies in Canada than in the States!? WOW..... I am wondering if the US version gets the automatic folding mirrors at all? That really came as a big and nice surprise to me :-)

Does anyone know if accessories are residualisable? If not it becomes a very expensive solution.
For example, a heated steering wheel is just $190 option on 2018 BMW 3-series.
