Is this a good price for a base TLX?
Greetings good people of Acurazine!
I'm interested in purchasing a 2.4L I4 base TLX. I have been quoted by my dealer for $28,500 excluding fees and taxes, and $31,600 out the door. Is this a fair/good/great real world price? Also, if you purchased a base TLX, I would appreciate it if you told me what you paid out the door, if you paid less. Feel free to PM me if you're not comfortable sharing the information via post. Thank you all!

I live in northern california. I was offered 32,300 on a quote for the base model. I only check with one dealership though and didn't really give a chance for them to low ball each other because after test driving the 3.5L I decided to go with that instead

I don't see many TLX in NJ yet. TONS of ES350 and 3 series, even seeing more Q50 than TLX.
The TLX has a lot of competition that the TL didn't have. A lot of people would rather buy a A3 or CLA to get the better badge even a stripper 328i with halogen headlights and no options. I personally think the TLX is a better car than the A3 or CLA, and a 328i properly equipped is 50k.
