A short cut I've used to access the TSB's reported in other threads without a specific link:
Select a link to another TSB and substitute the numerical label associated with the TSB you want:

Example:
I want to check out TSB 16-058

I found this link to another TSB, 16-012 : http://www.urvi.net/forumfiles/SB/B16-012.PDF
Click on the link, then delete the "012" and type 058 in its place.
