I bought a 2018 TLX V6, it has backup cameras but not front cameras or front bumper sensors. Is this even possible to install?

Hi everybody,

I just bought a 2007 mdx with the tech package. I switched from an audi to this vehicle without realizing the size would completely throw me off. Yesterday was my first time driving it and I was having such a hard time backing up and parking even with the camera, In my audi I had a backup camera with the red lines and sensors to tell me that I was close. Does my 2007 mdx have the capability to show the lines and also the beeping sensors? is it a setting that needs to be adjusted or are they completely separate and need to be installed? If anyone could help me I would really appreciate it.
