Android Auto on the TLX, which years/models?

I have a 2015 TLX Tech, does it come with Android Auto compatibility? After some research it looks like a no but I just wanted to be sure.

Why is that? Car Play is pretty solid.

Particularly when compared to any of the pathetic attempts by car manufacturers.

I didn't think the auto manufacturer implementation could messup CarPlay/AndroidAuto. I assumed it was dependent on how Apple/Google set it up.

I think the gripe with Acura Android Auto/Car Play is that it's done with the dial.

Both interfaces were built around using a touchscreen, so I can understand why some would complain. I just wish I had it in my 2015....

I thought that would be an issues with the dial also, but with the giant "Back" button to the left it's pretty fast to navigate through any menu.

It is easy to navigate, but since it was developed around a touch interface I think that's alot of peoples' gripe.

Just when you give the people what they want, they somehow want more.
