I noticed the Acuralink server has been down since Thursday 1/14. Both the website and the app are unable to log into Acuralink. Not sure if traffic re-route is working. They are documenting reports and it may be down until next week. If you have issues call Customer Relations 800 382-2238.

Looks like its been fixed as of this morning

 

Personally I just cancelled after my free 90 days because the service was so slow, unreliable and inaccurate. So it does not surprise me they were down.
