I am from Houston. I see all dealerships are the same. Every dealerships have good and bad sales people. If I don't feel like working with a certain salesman, I'll just walk away. But if I buy a car from someone, I'll give them perfect scores on the survey.

I bought my 2 Acuras from 2 different dealerships. What I did both times was to contact them via Internet and go with the lowest OTD prices. I bought my 1st at John Eagle. For the 2nd one, Sterling McCall beat it by 1K so I went with them. Had it been within a couple of hundreds, I'd have gone with John Eagle. I've never leased, so numbers tend to be much simpler with purchases though.

Best thing when buying a new car is not to get attached with the car. Deals will come. If not today, there will be later. If you don't need to get a car right now, you'll get good deal. Everything at the dealership is just business. Don't take it personal. Once you understand this, you'll start to know why they do what they do.

So true, take the emotion out of the purchasing process. That's very hard to do, but think about your pocketbook and maybe that will help.

Even flush out 'air' and replace it with N2. $155 for nitrogen... that's some expensive gas.
And remember to tell them next time that the "free air" is 78% pure Nitrogen anyway. LOL
