Thumbs up 4 months of ownership - No Outstanding Issues

Today marks my 4th menisversary (Month) with no outstanding issues with my 2015 TLX I4. The car still drives great with no transmission issues or any issue that I can see. I am at 5,800 miles and Oil is at 30%. Still waiting for my first scratch (not really waiting).

I still enjoy my ride to and from work everyday. I am a happy driver. I hope there are others like me with the same experience.

Two and a half months now with my TLX and loving it more and more! So far (touch wood!) no problem.... :-)

It is only natural that people will post with problems - we all want to seek solutions and support from others! Not surprisingly, people who love the vehicle probably never post here, and I suspect that is the majority of the owners :-)

I'm at just over 4 months with mine. Some minor nits but I'm 95% happy which is well within the acceptable range for me.

I may write up a hard hitting "Four Month Review for the Common Man" post next week whilst stuck on a ~5 hour plane trip to Vegas unless I get stuck sitting beside some hot stripper wannabee who wants to chat about the fine minutia of marketing strategies for the plumbing industry...

At almost two months of ownership; car is at dealership since Monday with the following issues; LKA does not work, seems to be a camera issue that will not calibrate, they are waiting on a new calibration tool or will replace the camera / vibration in the rear shelf or roof liner, they state they have this fixed / 8spd DCT issues with lurching and cold clunking when cold and shifting from R to D, they state a s/w fix has remedied that / cruise control works intermittently, they state that is tied to the LKA and camera, we shall see. / Driving a loaner V6, have noticed the vague or hard shifts from 2nd to 3rd, but no other issues. Will keep you all posted on outcome when I pick the car up.

Just curious......how does your i4 stack up to the V6 loaner?

You are a perfect example of this. Your website is titled g35suckblog, or something along those lines. If your experiences were positive, would you have made a g35superawesomeblog?

You also made a fail thread about someone who accidentally dinged your door, and how you should have just keyed the other person's car. If your car wasn't dinged would you have made a thread saying "hey today was another routine, problem free day for me and my car?"...........um probably not.

Just about at the 2 month for myself, and no issues thus far for me. Loving the TLX thus far, and look forward to getting behind the wheel on every drive. Missed having that feeling on a daily basis since getting rid of my 540. The IS & TSX drove well, but didn't do it for me.

^^ Poor analogy. This isn't a site ONLY for problems. A cancer center has a largely singular function

There is TOTALLY a "What happpened in or around your TLX today" thread that I'm trying to make a thing ... but it's going the way of "fetch"...

It's important to note that the vast majority of TLX owners, or any vehicle owners for that matter, do not post on car forum sites. For the most part these sites attract people who are truly car enthusiasts and/or those with a bone to pick and people who enjoy swapping information and opinions online. Personally, as many have suggested, I truly love driving my 3.5 TLX SH-AWD Tech. I have noted the first two shifts to be a little harder but perhaps thats because the rest are so seamless. When i consider how smooth and quiet the ride is, the wonderful low grow of the engine when you start it, or accelerate, the truly attractive interior and exterior, the sound system, the various other technologies and features, I realize that I truly appreciate the quality and value proposition of this vehicle.
