Is 2015 TLX SH-AWD lease possible??
I want to lease a 2015 TLX SH-AWD and want to know if its possible with my situation....Btw I'm in NY
I currently have 5 payments left on a 2012 Honda Crosstour V6 L lease with payments of $579. a month (high payments due to a chapter 7 bankruptcy from 2011) I've never missed nor late on a payment.
I'm also 4000 miles over the allotted 36k miles on the Honda Financial lease agreement.
I checked my credit score via Walmart Fico tracker and my Transunion score states 639.
I'm hoping Acura would payoff the rest of my payments, Pay the mileage overage with no downpayment on a new TLX lease, If it helps my salary is $90k per year and I've been at the same job and residence for 14 years.
I may be delusional but I was hoping for a lease payment around $400-$450.
Can a deal be made?
Thanks in advance

Yes, it is possible. I bought mine on Friday, the 12th. I looked at leasing but decided to buy. The numbers were close between buy/lease. I like not having to worry about the miles do it made more sense for me to buy/finance vs. leasing.
It costs nothing to inquire.
Good luck, it's a great car IMO.

I explained to my Acura dealer that I wanted a TLX by had a newer 2014 vehicle (non Acura) that still had a huge amount in financing left. My Acura dealer has agreed to payoff my loan on the other brand and provide me with a very good deal on the TLX Tech. Just be open and talk with your dealer.

So you want to move up in car year, quality, and price while lowering your payment and absorbing extra payments and over mileage responsibility. Sure you don't want to look at a Porsche too?

I don't know if you can get a fully loaded TLX for 400-500 a month with no money down. I guess it depends on number of miles you wants and which tier of equipment you want. If you are willing to take one off the lot you will be able to get a good deal, especially if you go towards the end of the month. If you want to order one then it will be much tougher.
I've been looking at inventory and a lot of places have shawd w tech available. So I think you can make it happen. If there's a lot of dealerships in you area that will help out too!
Good luck and let us know how it goes!

Reality check. A FICO under 700 and payments left on the Crosstour all but guarantees a much higher payment. (Noticeably higher). You should wait out the 5 months and by then maybe better deals will appear. (Indirectly the dealer will charge you back for any unpaid months) Congrats on making the Honda payments on time. That counts a lot with AHFC. Wait it out!
