$1600 off msrp on 4 cylinder with tech

Just checked truecar price for 4 cylinder tech in chantilly va you can get 4 cylinder tech up to $1600 off msrp. The other models on up to the advance also offering anywhere from $1600-$1900 off. I know because I just bought mine cbp/expresso for $33.7 with destination and before taxes and fees on 2.4 tech. Just thought this would help someone who is shopping for the best price on the east coast.

Where are you located? My V6 Tech is listed on Truecar at $40,308 for NYC.

Chantilly Va? Worlds largest Acura dealer, Pohanka Acura.

No surprise they have the most aggressive pricing. I have my Acura's and Honda all serviced by them. They have the best service department I have experienced. Even better than their Lexus shop right next door.

Enjoy the new ride.

If you put in Chantilly, VA zip code ( 20152) for true car you will see those discounted prices. I'm driving to Va. to pick up my vehicle when it gets in!

Interesting. When I search my zip code here in NJ(both North & Central NJ) I get $36k on truecar for i4/w Tech. Your VA zip code says $34,500.

What's the sales tax % in VA?

Not sure but here in NC sales tax is calculated at 3% of the value of the vehicle less any trade in. I'm registering my vehicle here in the State of NC. The price on true car reflects price of car and destination and regional fees and if you add options the cost of that as well.

Interested in TLX and this is my first post.
(I have a 2009 TSX from Pohanka.)
The price you state does not include "fees". Has the dealer quoted any dealer processing fees over and above the stated price or were they included in that quote?
Thanks.

It doesn't include all the fees i said "regional fees" per the truecar website price quote ( read my post again). Processing fee that I was quoted for was $499 in my otd price.

A Regional Fee is the fee a manufacturer charges a dealer to advertise and promote the vehicle in the dealer's market. TrueCar also includes manufacturer preparation charges (manufacturer charges to the dealer to cover any work done on the car prior to delivering it to the dealership) and fuel charges (the charge for the fuel in the tank when the buyer purchases the vehicle) in this total. TrueCar includes regional ad fees in its Factory Invoice calculations; other sites sometimes do not. (Straight from Truecar.com)

negotiate the fees because Pohanka typically charges $500 processing fee and that is negotiable. I always ask for Price plus tax and tags only. Let them include the fees within their quote. It doesn't matter what sales tax is in VA, it is based on the state where you are registering the vehicle.

The car has not been out long enough for true car to mean much. But yes, there are discounts available.

... Radley Acura. I used your discount as a baseline. I wasn't planning on buying ... just happened to be in the area to check out the TLX and end up leaving w/ one.

$33,984 plus tax, title and process fee.

Still not a bad deal. Im glad you could use my deal as an example! I just now realized why I mentioned I paid $500 more... I paid the extra $500 for the deck lid so my total was 33.7 and ended up at 34.2 before taxes. Enjoy the car, mine should be here by Oct 10...its killing me.
