Will these fit without rubbing?? 20x9.5 +35 with 255/35/20

Someone is selling rims and tires with these dementions. Keeping in mind my car is lowered approx. 1.5 inches, does anyone know if they will fit without rubbing? Might I have to raise my cars height?

again they are 20x9.5 +35 rims with 255/35/20 tires
