Quick Double Check? Wheels/Tires/ Drop

Hello All,

I have done some research and have my setup pretty much figured out, but would like to throw it up here to see if anyone has any opinions/suggestions or something I may be forgetting.

Suspension Wise: Tein Street Advance/Ingalls Rear Camber
Wheels: Niche Misano 19x9.5 +35
Tires: This one is a toss up but leaning towards Hankook Ventus V12 255/40/19
HubCentric Rings and New Lugs. I am not planning on slamming the car, just eliminating some fender gap.

From what i've read I should not have fitment issues, correct? And obviously alignment after install. Any thoughts/suggestions/"hey this wont work" are welcome. Also if anyone has any other tire suggestions very open to those too.

Much thanks.

I've just read good things about them which is why I stated those two...around that price range is where id like to stay but am totally open to other tire suggestions. I have winter tires on the stock wheels so these will just be used during good weather.

Also, as far as wheel fitment, can anyone comment as to if I would run into a problem with the listed setup?

Thanks!

Also, with what I mentioned above, would 255/40/19 be too much tire? Should I opt for 245/40/19s?

Can I ask why you would choose to go 245 instead of 255 for 9.5? I've seen pics and see most people running 245s on that size wheel which winds up with a little bit of stretch. Just wondering why 255 isn't as popular. Does it run into rubbing issues?

I can't speak from experience with a wider wheel, but this year I bought some Enkei TY-5's (19x8.5 with a 38mm offset) and I'm running that Hankook tire, size 245/40/19. Stock offset from my 245/45/18 is 55mm. I'm currently running stock suspension and looking to swap out to the Tein street advance or a set of BC coilovers. I don't want more than 1" of drop, maybe 1.5" max; don't want to make my commute any more difficult. You should just check this thread for a reference. UCFBronco was/is? running a 255 tire on a 20x8.5" rim and he rubs in the rear. I wanted to go to a 265 sized tire on a 9.5" rim, but I wasn't going to bother with the headache of trial and error and then rolling fenders.

Also, I really like the Ventus V12 Evo V.2. For the price it's a great tire where the comparable Michelin was about $60-$90 more per tire.
