Wheel space adapter question

Wheel space adapter question
Hi guys, I'd like to order some wheel adapters to pull out my oem 18's wheels. The size I might order is 25mm for rear and 20mm for the front. My TL is a AWD system and I'd like to know if this would be consider staggered. I noticed Nexson did it on his FWD TL. Can someone with AWD shine with this.
Please give your thoughts. I want to make sure this won't effect the performance.

^ Yes that will be staggered because you will be putting the rear wheels further out than the front. Speaking from experience here...i've run normal wheel setup and I've been running staggered on my SH-AWD TL for 2years now with not one issue.
The SH-AWD system have lots of tolerance so you'll be fine running a staggered setup.
Now if you do something crazy like a wheel setup of 20x8.5 in the front and 20x11.5 in the rear and crazy low offsets the car will sense something is wrong and you'll get signals in the dash saying check your SH-AWD System.
What i've learned about the 4G TL and speaking to lots of Acura technicians is the car is so high tech it will let you know when something is wrong even with the SH-AWD system.
So, If you want to run staggered on SH-AWD go for it just do a reasonable setup nothing crazy.
Running staggered on AWD is not recommended hell putting 20's on the 4G TL is not recommended. Do people do it? Yes. and their car rides fine.
Last thing, i have yet to see and hear one person that actually had a personal experience of a reasonable staggered setup messing up their SH-AWD system.
Some people comment about not doing staggered on AWD but they have never tried it and just popping off. It's all personal preference. Again, there's tolerance in the SH-AWD system so you can run staggered if you want and the car will be fine.

^ It will look alot better once you add the spacers to push the wheels out a bit. Concur on the lowering there's just so much wheel to fender gap lowering is a must. Am excited to see the final look with the mods you do with that new TL.

You shouldn't get any vibration if those adapters are made hub/wheel centric...If made properly they should be able to bolt right on and fit tightly with no vibration even at high speeds.
