What size of tires for 19x8.5 and 19x9.5

What size of tires for 19x8.5 and 19x9.5
Our base 4G TL oem wheels are 17x8 with 245/50/17 Im ready to setup 19" wheels and if i cant go 19x9.5 all around then i may have to staggered them.
Please help me to get the best fit tires for 19x8.5 and 19x9.5..
On the front 19x8.5 i wana do 245/40/19 if that wont stretch the tires, the reason for the 40 side wall is bc there are hella pot holes here in Chicago.
On the rear may i do 265 or 255/35/19 without throwing off the speed?
Anyone with knowledge please give some recommendations.

Just bear in mind you are looking to put the wider set up on the non-drive wheels (assuming you have FWD) which other than looks doesn't make a lot of sense. Additionally you won't be able to rotate your tires front to back.

NP and not saying you shouldn't go for 19's, just think you should go same set up on all four corners.
