Tire HELP!!
what will you be lowered on?
ALWAYS ALWAYS DROP FIRST BEFORE YOU GET WHEELS!!!! ALWAYS!
this way, you know if your tires will fit or not.
if you do tires and wheels first, then drop...you will rub and will HATE IT!

You will be rubbing with 265/35 tires. You are going over 20mm wider than OEM tires plus you want to have 10.5 wide wheels. What's your offset going to be? I wouldn't go any higher than 255/35.
Lower first, then asses tires and wheel options
It's hard to say what size tire to run without posting the offset.
I would follow the advice and lower and then do wheels. The car will look better lowered with stock wheels (unless you have the 17" wheels) vs getting 10.5 20" wheels with no drop. Its gonna look like you jacked it up.

then asses what to do next...if that involves stretching the tire, shaving/rolling fenders so be it
but you wont know until you are dropped at the height you want it.
Lower it, then asses.
For example; my buddy has a 6.0 GTO.
DIDNT follow my advice and bought some rims HE THOUGHT was gonna fit.
fits when the car is standing still, but when he gasses it, the car squats and cambers out, RUBBING.
I told him not to do it. and now his, 275's are being shaved by the fender.

To answer your question, yes rolling your rear fenders will allow you to run a larger tire. Don't worry about pulling the fenders, no need in your case.
If you want more rubber on the ground go with the +42 offset. You can definitely fit a 265/30/20 but a 265/35/20 may look too tall; you should roll the rear fenders though with whatever tire size you choose.
I ran 255/30/20 in the rear prior and had zero problems. I switched up to 275/30/20 to add a little more meat to the tires and to me it looks a bit better but it rubbed until I rolled the rear fenders. If I could do it over I would have probably gone with a 265/30/20 though.
If you go +27 you will definitely need to roll your fenders in the rear and also run a stretched tire; I would say no larger than 255/30/20. The +27 will sit out about 15mm more than the +42 so you don't have as much room to play with tire sizes.
Thank you all for your replies, but now I'm leaning towards 20x9 all around instead.. do you guys know if theres much of a difference between +20 and +35 offsets in terms of concave look with the vossen cv7's??
i know the +35's would fit but what about the +20"s??
