Step two...black wheels on a white car (Chris Farley voice)

Got these on the newly acquired white TL tech today. BOO YEAH!

19 inchers in flat black.

Before you get all nutz, the car is dirty, the coils are ordered, and the windows will be just about spray painted black soon (I just got the thing LOL).

interested to see if some one could photoshop the wheels a different color.
sorry but the black theme is played out since 1999.

a good silver or gunmetal or even bronze would look better than matte black.

Thanks dude. They are 19x8 with 245-40R19 Hankook V12's. Rides as smooth as stock with much better grip. Love them!

Now I just need the darn windows tinted and the wheel gap shortened a bit.

LMAO

You are the only one that has to like it, I happen to like black wheels on any color and white looks great with black wheels IMHO. I'm doing black on my GF's 05 TL and also going with black on my 12 Graphite

I care if I like it... it's my car!!

I am also a fan of the Black wheels on a White car. I'm not sure why, maybe it's my love for the tuning fork look, maybe it's a "I'm stuck in the 90's" thing, but I like it.

Coil-overs are a major help, but I also recommend you get some tint on those windows!

THANKS dude! I had a 2nd gen TL ('01) and an '03 CL-S (yes the 6 speed hehe), and have not had an Acura in 6 years since getting rid of the CL and going to a Z06. I must say that getting back into this car has really made me appreciate Acura again! Such a great riding car and so well put together for the money. WOW!

.... and no, I am not getting rid of the Z06. Just don't drive daily anymore

So shortly after this I wound up getting rid of the car, and still have the wheels. WIll have to post them on the FS section here.

I never did get the windows tinted, and while i LOVE the M37, I do miss the TL. It was a great car. I considered holding onto the rims and tires but cannot fit them on anything else.

Every time I see a 4th gen TL I kinda follow it. I was not at all a fan of that body style until I owned one, now I love them lol

Of course, I love the OP's wheel choice.

Some of us enjoyed the 90's and have a hard time letting go.

Why, back then I was single and jugglin' a couple girls at once. I weighed 30lbs less, had no obligations and great hair.
Suburban Mortgage? Hell NO! I had a great apartment with a view of the city. Smart phones were for geeks or business travelers. My favorite CD was The Dave Mathews Band. *and I could drink heavily the night before work and still bring home the bacon.

Yep, I want it black, all black. Delete that chrome or cover it with electrical tape! I'm a 90's boy.

What brand are your rims and where could I get them? I am looking into getting a 2011 Acura TL, is that the year yours is?
