Road Noise Since Rotation

Road Noise Since Rotation
Bought a CPO '12 TL Advance this past January. It came with a brand new set of tires on it (Yokohama Avid Envigor). Had put about 8,000 miles on the car and finally did my first rotation at the dealer a couple weeks ago.
We took a road trip this past weekend up to Philadelphia (about 250 highway miles each way @ 60-70 MPH) and I really noticed the increased road noise since rotation. There isn't any kind of judder or vibration in the steering wheel at all, and the alignment still seems straight as a board - the tires just sound loud.
I assume this will even itself out after I get some more miles on the tires in their new positions, but just wanted to make sure this is common/normal?
Thanks!

Just an update on this - I basically ignored it for a few months, about 4000 miles. It never got better. Took my car in for its state inspection this morning and they found uneven wear on the inside of the tires - said it definitely needed an alignment.
