Actually, if you call Tirerack, they have tire/wheel packages available for the 4G. Discount Tire also has wheels/tires available for the 4G on their website.

If I don't have to worry about low profile with 18s, then I'll probably just go with those. I'm lazy if I'm anything at all lol.

I feel like 18's are still too small. If I'm gonna change it, I want to clearly see the difference. I hope it works for you Hydro, post pics when you get the new kicks.

I went to a local discount tire center today, and they haven't even seen a TL yet. The manager was pretty nice and offered me a match pricing deal, of any rim that they can get, and the list was long! Plus he gave me a $100 discount card. Not bad, they might have something there. Now if I can just find the rims for me? It's darn right painful I tell you?

We've all done it before, rush out and get something when the ole gut is saying different. I would say don't rush yourself and put some wear into the current tires as its winter now. Wait a bit and see what happens around May/June - right in time for summer.

It seems as if your a wise shopper whose cautious with money trying to learn and gather information. Why would you rush yourself into a fairly expensive purchase given low supply choices?

As others have said, you might kick yourself later buying 17's or 18's and just as your get used to your rims, others will be floating around showing off their 19's -21's. 6 months to a year is a short time frame once you get your rims.

Let us know what you do and please post pictures.

Cheers,

Right on, but it's down right painful to see these rims everyday. Ugghhh! Oh, there is no winter in Southern California! LOL. Well okay, it got down to 40 degrees last night, but that's nothing comparatively speaking, and the days are pretty much 68 degrees. The big storm that blew across the country last week dropping 18" of snow in 4 hours for some, only gave us 1.38" inches of rain. The funniest part is the local news stations freak out when a low pressure systems rolls into So Cal. Frickin' idiots I tell you! At least the weather channel staff remains composed and don't provoke personal emotion.

lol you aint kidding man, I keep my eyes elevated when looking at my car, and it's a friggin shame. The man is right though. The market is verrrrrrrrrrry small on rims for this car right now. Give it a few months and there will be thousands of choices, rather than hundreds. I'm waiting it out too, as I don't want to limit myself and potentially get something I'm not happy with.
