Rim fitment 2009 TL SH-AWD

The rims are 20" 5x120
8.5" up front offset +35,
10" rear offset+40

tires:
Front: 245/30/20
Rear: 285/25/20

Would this wheel setup fit my stock 2009 TL SH-AWD without any modifications?

^^^^^

The TL sits on a FWD chassis, and the AWD system is FWD biased.

The above tire setup is for RWD vehicles, and if installed on the AWD TL, will cause the resulting AWD TL to understeer like crazy.

^^ what he said.. gotta keep the rotating diameter the same.. and plus 25 series in the back will really fuck up your rims big time if you hit a bump on the road.

but to answer that question, no, you will need to atleast roll your rear fenders.. 285 width tires are big on a car like the tl..

looking into getting different rims, VMR 710, here are the specs:

front: 20x8.5 +30 atleast( buyer did not know exactly and emailed manufacturer and they said atleast +30)

Rear: 20x10 +35

Would these fit on the 09 tl sh-awd without problems or modifications?

and also what tires would I need with these rims?

Notes: the rims were previously on a 07 Bmw 335i sedan, he said they stuck out a little so he could have used spacers to make them flush.

Note: only the front wheels stuck out a little from the fender on the beamer, not rears
