Questions about lowering my car

I had a couple questions about lowering my car.
Right now, I have aftermarket 18" rims with an offset of 35.
I'm going to be switching back to the OEM tire size of 245/45 18, but right now I have 235/50 18 (what the shop had in stock).

I want to lower my car, and had 2 Questions.

1. Is it ok to lower the car ONLY using H&R springs? or do I need to change it all?

2. Would I need to roll the fenders due to the offset on the rims and the current tire size?

Any help would be great.

Thanks!

You might think otherwise after you lower and hit a pothole ...
Those in pothole areas should raise ...

Streets are pretty smooth out here, so i'm not worried about potholes, and for the winters I have the MDX.
