BTW, believe it or not, according to Acura, these wheels are not really chrome but a special paint process which gives it a "chrome look."

WOW, I usually don't like the Chrome look but they look sweet, and actually on your car you might catch me saying it looks real good, knowinh I am not a 4G styling fan, but you ride looks good, the wheels make that car!!

My total for the wheels and tires were $2,600 (incl. mounting, balance, delivery, and TPM sensors). Just the wheels alone cost $600 each MSRP. So I saved a lot of $$. The tires are Yokohama S-Drive.

Damn Pete
I wasn't going to consider upgrading my wheels for a little while, and then I see yours!
Looks great, did you get them at the Acura Dealership? How does the ride differ, is the suspension still as comfortable as with the 17"?
That is one of the things that sold me on the Base TL was the smooooth ride.
Chrome rims do fit well on this car, with all of the chrome they threw around the windows and handles on the tech package...

I got them from an Acura parts dealer on EBay......if I had bought them from my local dealer, I would've paid retail...no way! I haven' t had a chance to put a lot of miles on it yet since I just got them today......just went around a block a few times......ride seems smooth......much better grip though......more testing to come in the next few days. (I originally wanted to get the Michelin Pilot PS2 tires.....but those were backordered and cost a lot more money then the Yokohama S-Drives......in the end, I'm glad I didn't get them since from the reviews I've read, those PS2's have horrible tread wear and ride pretty rough.

In Search Of Sunrise....
Nice wheels man, but as big as this car is, I REALLY think the sweet spot is a 20" rim. I think it'll fill out that wheel well real nice!
19's just look small IMO. or maybe it just needs an aggresive drop.

Driving in Chicago streets (and its millions of potholes and broken pavement) with 20's is asking for trouble. I'm starting to think even 19's are stretching it. If I was living in LA, sure 20's or 22's would be great....but not in Chicago. This past winter and spring in Chicago was among the worst in recent memory as far as potholes. I have co-workers who lost a lot of $$$ due to broken rims and flat tires due to potholes this past spring.
