does anyone know if there's a market for used tires? and so what kind of price should i expect to get for 6/32- 5/32 oem tires? 245/40/19 Michelin?

Sold mine on craglist, for cheap. They were brand new with oem TL wheels. Let them for for 350. Needless to say, they were gone the very next day.

I'm trying to find a set of SH-AWD 18" wheels and have found them from $900 to $1400 used, bought a set of 18" TSX wheels for $500 shipped with not a mark on them... so... whatever you can get

I've never had much luck with used tires though (selling not buying) have a set of brand new snows for a Honda CR-V mounted on wheels and can't just about give them away
