The rear Koni yellows for the 09+ TSX will fit. However, it looks like the stroke and extended length on the front struts are different.

Glass half full does not apply.

The product either works or not.

I would go with Lockwood's advice and remember that the TSX weighs 3490 with no rear diff, and the TL SH-AWD is 3770lbs.

HUGE difference.

Actually you are wrong. The rears, which are sold separately, do work. So technically the product does work. It's not a good idea to run different front and rear shocks, but someone could if they wanted.

Weight doesn't matter since we are not talking about springs. As proof, look at KYB, they use the same part numbers for the TSX and TL rear shocks.

valve rates are not the same. Period.

The shocks/stuts you are talking about would not be a good choice simply for that reason alone. KYB may want to sell volume and market a product for multiple aplications.
Suspension tweeks are not something to fuck around with. There may be serious detrimental issues that could occur in handling.

If you are considering a change, I recommend you buy the Tein Super Street coil-overs from Lockwood.

^^from the fedback I have read, nothing beats the Tein set-up. Mike Murky Rivers comment alone sells the product. "I didn't think that the car could handle any better until I got the Teins..."
