Enkei RP03 5X120 19 X 8.5 42 Offset

Im looking at a set of these for my summer wheel's since im dying inside of looking at the stock 17's. I also plan running on Nitto NT05's 245/40/19. Will these setup fit with no rubbing since i'm dropped about 1.2 inches and will i be able to install a new set of TMPS sensors?. I'm also open to different tire suggestion's. Thank You

How's the grip and how long have you had them. Any pros/cons?

Nice pick. I don't see any problem with rubbing, pretty much the same as my car (but i have 20's). You should be able to swap the TPMS sensors from the old tires if you're going to get rid of them, or buy new ones if you're keeping the 17s for winter tires.

I absolutely love these Enkei wheels...this is my first choice of wheels for my cbp 09 awd. I've been searching high and low for the SBC color. It's been impossible to find and I have to check into ordering them from Japan if possible.

It's a dark chrome look which I think will match the midnight chrome grill and rear trim perfectly. Please post pics once you get the wheels installed...would be great to see them!

Thanks!

I barely just got them. maybe 100-200 miles on them.
car is not a daily driver.

cons - has to be warmed up before you get full traction.
pros - once warm, traction is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OP...I suggest calling the seller/s to make sure this wheel / configuration is really available. I came across this wheel on many websites and although they showed it as available when I called I was told it was not. Although I was mainly looking for the SBC color...I was advised by wheelsnext that in silver the only one available was with the 35 offset, not 42.

Thanks will do, although i'm not looking for the SBC considering i hate all things chrome. The silver is what im after but i'll have to give them a call about the offset.

As long as your car can handle it. I think you will be fine. It will push your wheel out 7mm from the +42.

Will be a little bit more aggressive, but I don't think you'll have a prob, i think others here have run a similar setup with no probs.

The guy i spoke to a vividracing said it wouldn't fit without a spacer but i'll probably be ordering one wheel to check fitment myself because i was dead set on these wheels after a year of searching.

Do some searches around here, I swear someone did 8.5 wide wheels with +32 offset and it worked.... I may be totally wrong though.

I suggest looking for pics on this site to see how a 35 offset looks. I believe most TSW wheels are 35 offset...so if you search that brand you might find some. I'm pretty disappointed too I can't get these wheels in the specs I want. It's ridiculous how so many websites show the 42 offset when it's really not even available.

So some people have been running 32 offset's on their 4Gs and they seem to be okay, so i ordered one wheel to check fitment myself. I'll post pics on car when they arrive.

He ran the same size wheel with a 32 offset. Since the Enkei i ordered were 35 offset, i should clear the brakes with no problem.

Other than clearing the calipers, fender rubbing is also a big issue especially with a loaded car and going over bumps and dips on the roads.

The guy in the above thread test-fit with a much smaller tire. Only when mounted and driven around with OEM size tires, then we can sure the tires won't stick too far out to rub the fenders.
