Center Caps

I have a 2010 SH-AWD TL and have now lost 3 center caps on my stock wheels. I have been taking the TL to a car wash weekly and it seems that for some reason it is taking the center caps off my wheels on the drivers side. Has anyone else had this problem?

Maybe someone is helping remove them for you? A few weeks ago a member from NY region posted in regional broads that someone stole the center caps on his TL (think it was a 4G).

If the center caps have the raised & removable "A" on them like this one:

It is possible that the bristle on the wash brush is getting caught underneath the emblem and taking the entire cap off the car. If not, I would switch car washes.

I have never had an issue. I also never bring my car through an automatic car was. If you know it's the car wash, you should be telling to guys at the car wash to find your friggen centers caps and give them back to you.
I'm sure they just don't go down the drain??????

Too big an item, i'm sure it's caught behind the filter(s). Unless they've cleaned it and removed them if thats the case.

They have looked and found them, but the clips are damaged so I can not reuse them. They are not expensive $8.50 each but just can't figure how they keep coming off in this car wash. The car wash mgt says only high pressure water hits the caps.
