6G 2021 TLX TPMS on 4G 2013 TL?
I'm looking at a set of wheels from a 2021 TLX (so should be 5x120), they are the factory wheels and have TPMS sensors. Will those sensors work in my 2013 TL?
They are also 20" wheels, I am not sure I even want them because of ride quality and potholes but the price is right...

No, they will not work, these sensors are of completely different generations and operate at different frequencies.

Dang. I planned on getting a new (used) set of 17's (mine are badly worn), getting Michelin's (don't know which one specifically, open to input) and new TPMS sensors (currently on 10-year-old originals). That will put me right around $1000.
I then found a set of 20's from a 2021 TLX with newish Pirelli Cinturato P7 tires and TPMS sensors for the same price (OW95289). I was hoping I could just put them on and away I go. Having to unmount/remount the tires and get new TPMS sensors makes it less of a deal.
I was a bit torn anyway. Ride quality will suffer tremendously going from 17's to 20s. They do look nicer though. I was looking for 17" or 18" Acura wheels and was okay with the 2012-2014 TL AWD 18" wheels but ended up with the 17" wheels from a 2011 (OW71785).
I've been looking since November, used Acura wheels don't come up for sale often.

You just need to buy a new set of sensors, it's not expensive, $46 on Amazon for all set.

Looks like the wheels for sale are a 50mm offset. Does that mean it will stick out more? How do I know what my current offset is for comparison? 50mm is like 2".
Also, if I do get these, I'll have to pay to have the TPMS swapped also, so it'll be like $200 more. Still unsure about 20's, but they do look nice.
