Bad news on both fronts. First, the TLX wheels have a bolt pattern of 5x114.3 vs. the TL which has 5x120. So right off the bat, the TLX wheels will not fit your TL. Second, I'm not certain if TLX TPMS sensors will work on a TL, but I DO know that the TL sensors don't work on the TLX. Based on that, it seems the two aren't compatible. I suppose there's a chance that even though the TL sensors don't work on a TLX, that the TLX sensors might work on the TL. But they're different part numbers so it's certainly no guarantee.

The TPMS sensors from a TLX will not work on a TL and vice versa...the OEM part numbers between the two models are different and also, the TL has a dedicated TPMS control unit that manages the sensors, while the TLX has that system incorporated into the Keyless Access/Smart Unit for the newer cars.
