Will I be able to fit 19x10 wheels all around with +55 offset? I’m planning to put on Vossen VSF-1 on my 2012 TL. Will I need to roll fenders or possibly get em pulled if I throw those wheels on? Also what sized tires should I run on them?

35 vs 45 offset on 19x8.5 wheels and 255/40/19 tires
Hey peeps, hoping one of you with experience can help me settle the aforementioned dilemma once and for all. I'm trying to decide between a 35 and 45 offset on stock suspension and fenders not rolled. I prefer the stance of a 35 offset wheel, but not if it comes at the price of functionality i.e., I need the peace of mind to know the car can handle its maximum payload capacity ( 5 people in the car) without rubbing or bottoming out.
There's some mixed info on this thread and a few of you have found after putting more miles on similar set ups that it rubs on big dips and bumps. There's even different opinions at my tire shop.
If anyone knows for sure, please let me know.
Cheers

Req confirmation
I tried searching but couldn't find anything. I have a great deal on some wheels but they're 20x10.75 with either a 35 or 15 offset. Would these fit without causing alot of headaches? And what offset would be best a 35 or 15?
Thanks in advance for any info

BBS LM 20x9 +15 20x10.5 +20
Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S 255/30/20 295/25/20
Off my M3 so tires will be swapped out. This was a test fit to see how much clearance I had when aired out.
20” TE37 Ultras are for sale and new setup for the M3 coming soon.

This size is pretty much perfect for me. I'm not into thin non-functional sidewall. I carve backroads, and occasionally go to open track days, so I need sidewall. I've been thinking about a set of 19" x 9.75 XXR's because they're supposed to be pretty lightweight. Just wasn't sure what tire size to marry them to. Now I'm thinking 245/40 or maybe even a 245/45.

How’s the ride on these? Saw them on Fitment industry’s website and just wanted to know how’s the ride compared to stock to now? I know it comes with a whole lot of settings for the stiffness, but just wanna get some details before I pull the trigger on these.
