2010 MDX advance wheel on 2009 SH-AWD.

Was bored at work and had an Idea. I love the new MDX advance pkg wheels and decided to test fit the wheels on my 2009 TL.

Just wanted to get an idea of how it would look. may be ordering a set for my car in the future. It still has the MDX tire on it in the picture and it was too big to let down. I was just looking for a 19" alternative wheel that nobody else had yet.

2010 MDX Advance wheels on 2010 TL.

We just put then 2010 MDX Advance pkg wheels on the 2010 TL. Wheels look and fit great, but.....

The TL's TPMS sensors will not fit into the MDX wheels. So we put the MDX sensors in and the TL right now will not recognize the sensors. We are trying to find a way around this. Will keep everyone posted.

I like them, bit not more than the SH stock 18 wheels, but these woudl be a good match tot he FWD TL sicne they have more a luxury look than sporty look IMO.

Ya I agree, I still like the 18" Teck wheels better. Maybe too many spokes?

Assuming the MDX sensors are compatible with the TL's TPMS computer you will need one of these to re-write the new sensor ID's into the TL's ECU.

4G doesn't use sensor Id's, rather there are four tpms receivers; one for each wheel well. TPMS sensors are the same across the newer hondas and acuras.
