10-Spoke Mesh 20x9 +44?

My buddy is selling his F10 535 and has the BMW Ferric Gray 312 wheels up for grabs. Here's a pic of the wheels:

He bought all 4 to be 20x9 rather than the staggered fitment so he could rotate them. Will I rub? Estimated weight is 35lbs per rim so about 10lbs heavier than factory.

Need more info.

Stock height no rub. Dropped possible but not likely. Really depends on the tire size. You may have to run a spacer in the front to clear the factory calipers. I bought my wheels off a M5 and mine fit but the fronts wouldn't clear without 3mm spacers.

, though at stock height I doubt it'll rub.

^ that's exactly what I'm not liking. That plus the spacers is making me really sway away from it. Thanks for the awesome help guys!

Since it's your buddy you could always try and test fit.

The offset is less than the OEM 19s, so I don't think you should be having caliper clearance issues up front.
