Washer jets not working

When I pull the washer stalk, no fluid comes out though I can hear a pump making the sound. At first I thought I ran out of fluid so I filled it up but it only took 1/4 gallon and I tried again and still nothing. The wipers move, the pump makes a sound but nothing comes out. It's cold outside but not that cold, yesterday it was 40F and I still have this problem. I checked the nozzles and they're clean from what I can tell. The car is garaged at home and work.

I recall reading on the 3G board about a fuse. Any ideas?

EDIT: I'm starting to think the hose is bound/crimped or disconnected. I'll start there but I'm not sure how that would happen.

I don't think a hose is disconnected because if it was wouldn't you notice washer fluid under the car? I also don't think it's a fuse since you can hear the pump making noise.

I think it's crimped or clogged somehow.. Check the actual washer nozzles also to see if they look dirty or clogged.

Check the nozzles, clear them with a straight pin. I've had this problem with other vehicles.

The nozzles are not clogged, I checked them again. I checked under the hood and found this plastic hose joint had become disconnected from one of the tubes. I reconnected it and it worked for like 3 seconds then became detached and fluid shot out of it. Can anyone check if they have any clamps on this piece? Mine is greased up and I'm not sure why it became undone and continues to do so just with use.

Are you able to put a small zip tie on the hose?

Sounds like either the tube or the joint is clogged.

I could, but why is it so loose in the first place? I don't use my washers frequently. Maybe that's why.

Not clogged at all. When the tube is connected the water flows as normal. The pressure is popping the L connector off.

me thinks you're worrying too much about the cause.
put a clamp on it, or zip tie!!

Not using the washers wouldn't cause the line to fall off, just FYI

also, you mentioned that yours is greased up.
so, possibly dirt and grime and grease could have wedged itself between the hose.maybe the grease helped push the line off

Wipe off dirt, grime, grease and clamp it
