Transmission make scary noise, when uphill parking!

Hello everybody,
here is my experience I wanna share.
Since I am a deadly fan of Honda/Acura
my first car is Honda accord 1995 and from then to now, I just switching between Honda, Acura.

ok, here is the situation.
Have you guys ever parked your car in an incline driveway, or and little incline hill,
Even you tried to carefully pump your brake pedal, shift back to P, and Pull the Hand brake, turn off your engine, (or even on)
then, just release the hand brake (or leave it there) shift the gear to R,
let's see how its sound. haha.

mine is "from 2000 Accord, to 2003 Tl, to 2006 TL, and 2009 TL"
still one "lovely" sound "BAMP" .
(Remembered one time my mom was so panic, she may be thought "OMG, the transmission is falling to the ground"haha)
never hear that sound on my Dad lexus, my wife Camry, and my brother Infiniti.
Please share guys!

the correct procedure is to come to a complete stop(still in Drive) and pull the E brake. then put the car in park.

Try it like that.

I think you're suppose to first keep your foot pressed hard on the brake pedal, before releasing the handbrake and shifting out of PARK, when your car is parked on an incline.

I put it in neutral press e-brake then take my foot off the regular brake to put the load on the e-brake then shift to park.

also when leaving keep your foot on the regular brake while releasing the e-brake and shifting to drive.

One foot out on the pavement while shifting from Park to Reverse.

I always keep my foot on the brake and start accelerating a little bit at the same time and then let off the brake.

@ justnspace: Hey, Thank you. it worked.
but should we consider if we suddenly pull the E brake then release the brake pedal, could it possibly make the rear brakes wrap?
I don't know but someone told me before like "don't pull the hand brake while brakes are still hot"
@ Edward: I tried Ed, but it still "BAMP"
@ 007Acura: hello MR Bond, your method is very impressive, and I know you are a very careful person.
But, poor me, I am not that carefully, sometimes I just forgot...

But, thank you very much for all advises my Acura Lovers.
