Third brake light access

Third brake light access

Hello I'm new here and I am in need of some help I would like to get to my 3rd brake light to add a flasher. any body ever done this before ALL help would be greatly appreciated

get the flasher module, and tap the wires..

its not hard. no one has done it as far as i know..

Yes, I have it on my Tl and Mazda. Never a close call since the day I installed them. Very easy to do depending on which model you buy. In the TL I mounted the module or rather it is tuck under the third brake light.

I have parts just don't know how to get 3rd light open to access wires I don't have a service manual

thanks for info but i dont know how to access high mount the older ones was on deck lid these are on top of back window and don't want to go pulling and prying were I dont need to.any info would be great

My 3rd brake light is in the same place. There is a clip on each side of the lamp

got it opened and installed flasher works GREAT and was easy once if found how to access Thanks for ALL assistance folks!!

God I hate those fucking third brake light flasher things...if you are that worried about getting rear-ended you should be driving a tank.

come to Florida their driving REALLY SUCKS they have no problem cutting you off on 3 lane roadway at 60 with 1 car length
