Symptoms of torque converter issue?

I've started to notice a few things on my TL recently.

First, it seems that it feels occasionally sluggish off the line. I'm not smashing the gas, just gentle tipping it in. It just feels "off" sometimes. Also occasionally with that off feeling comes a very unpleasant 1 - 2 shift. Sometimes its rough, other times it feels almost like its slipping.

It's a 2013 with barely 14k on the clock. Clearly it should still be driving like new.

Also, sometimes when I'm sitting at a light in drive with the AC on, I get a lot of vibration in the cabin. Oh yeah and my mileage sucks, even on the highway I'll be lucky to get 26 - 27.

Any ideas? I'm obviously gonna take it in but I just wanted to get a little info before I did.

I've got a 2012 6spd automatic and I can tell you from experience that these transmissions are awful. My wife has a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt auto and it shifts smoother than my 40k Acura . The transmission is one of the biggest let downs I have about the car. On the other hand it sounds like other manufactures in even more expensive cars have these sorts of issues as well...

Onto your question, just do a quick search in this forum and you should find a number of threads talking about the symptons, jerky shifts, an audible sound etc.

It just started doing the Jerky 1-2 recently. Hopefully the dealer will be able to do something. I'm really starting to regret not getting it on stick!

You should be happy with 26-27 on the highway. There are lots of people on here that don't even get that, including me. I have over 130k miles on my car and 90% of those miles are highway miles. I average 23ish at 74mph.
