Suspension maintenance
Hi all,
Any higher-mileage 4th gen owners care to share when they replaced their suspension parts? (Shocks/struts, ball joints, tie rods, control arms, axles, etc.)
I am currently at 134k running on factory suspension (shocks and struts getting done this month, they are beyond cooked). Coilovers are unfortunately not an option for me as I live on a very steep hill and scrape the hell out of my front bumper at stock height...
Will probably be doing the rest at or before 150k, but just curious to see how far you guys have taken the factory suspension parts.
Thanks a bunch

192K on my 13 TL, change out the shocks/springs combo (first with Koni FSD with factory springs around 130K and swapped out within 20K, those were too soft) and now the SH-AWD model assemblies with about 42K miles on them. I did sway bar links at 130K on all 4 corners.
Replaced shocks/springs/sway bar links/hardware at 85K on my 12 TL FWD with all OEM parts. I def have OCD, but I figured it couldn't hurt to keep the ride nice and the wear off the bigger components (control arms/ball joints, etc.) At 120K, car rides and handles extremely well and comfy.
