Small Paint Chip

Ugh!!! Just found a small paint chip near my rear window.

Trying to see if the dealer will fix it under warranty but doubt that will happen.
Whats the best way to go about repairing this? Any repair kit recommendations?

Go to the dealer and buy some touch up paint and then buy a model paint brush and touch it up, very simple.

I've also had good results using touch up paint from the dealer. It was only about $12 if I remember correctly. Depending on the size and depth of the chip you may need to put on several coats to completely fill it in.

I got the touch up paint from the dealership. Did you guys put any kind of clear coat on top of what you repaired?

No...just put a dab when the brush is wet but not too wet, the key is to not get too much on there to be obvious, but not too little or too dry to where you'll see the brush strokes. Also, store the touchup paint in the fridge, it'll keep it from drying out.

If I wanted to take my car back every time I saw a rock chip...
