Seatbelt Mechanism Buzz

I have a 2012 TL and there is a buzzing vibration sound at certain speeds (and stereo volumes). I think it might be emanating from the passenger upper seatbelt mechanism. It doesn't matter whether someone is sitting in the seat or not. The only consistent way I've been able to stop it is to pull the seatbelt out all the way when I hear it buzzing. Anyone else have this problem?

I want to poke around in there to see what I can do to stop it but I was looking at the service manual and it say that I needed disconnect the battery before doing this. Really? Why do I need to do this? Anyone have experience with this type of issue?

Is it kinda like a chirping noise from the front passenger side seat that occurs when you hit bumps on the road? Almost like there's a plastic candy wrapper brushing/rubbing up against something?

No, it's more of a buzzing at certain speeds.

So actually it tends to happen at all speeds. I'm not sure what triggers it...
