Rear wheels not spinning
Rear wheels not spinning
Context. About 8 months ago in early March some stuff happened in the engine and left it not running for a while. It’s been sitting since in my driveway and finally has an appointment to get the engine fixed Monday. So yesterday we went out and tried to get the wheels moving (all four were stuck). We tried pulling the car forward and it dragged, tried pulling it backwards and the two front tires like unlocked, tried pulling it forwards again and just the front tires now.
Does anyone know what might be stopping them from rolling? Something mechanical like just breaks or routers stuck or e brake is swelled up maybe or the axle. Idk if there is a way to visibly tell if those are your problem. Or maybe something electrical like a fuse?

I think they were the original rotors on there. I took me and another guy 2 Saturdays to get em done neither of us or my 84 year old military mechanic have ever seen anything like it. we used a gas right below acetylene do get the retaining screws out, we had to bore 2 of them out on one rotor. The rotors were incredibly stuck i would have trusted that rust more than a weld. We tried a rust remover spray inside, hammers, acetylene, a sledgehammer, everything before we started grinding it in half> then ones grinded enough so if we hit it with a sledgehammer it would split, the bottom half of the rotor fell off from the hub part of the rotor then wedge a screwdriver up in between the rotor and hub and literally pried the rest of the rotor off in pieces. If I was on my phone I'd send pics it was messed up.
