Rear Cupholder in Arm Rest Removal

Does any know how to remove the plastic cup holder assembly in the rear, center armrest? Does it just pop out? Is there screws holding it in place? I can't figure it out!

According to this parts diagram, there is a screw somewhere in there. Try pulling up the rubber floor of the cup holder and look under there.
