I have a 2013 TL, non Tech package. Radio dash is not as bright as dash. On a bright day it is impossible to see radio settings and temperature, etc. The dash illumination is at highest setting. Anyone have a fix?

 

dude.. in any bright day you cant see shit without shades.. you can try to extend a cover like a hat on a head to create shade.
