Exactly, he wants to avoid you getting into a lemon law claim. Make sure they write down everything thing they did, perhaps even include the part(s) they changed.

Sorry to hear that. In the military I have had the chance to visit other Acura dealerships and never experienced nothing but excellent customer service.
