Peeling of paint on my front bumper

Hey, I’m new to the forum as i just bought a 2014 TL in August. Unfortunately though, I just noticed paint peeling on the front bumper. Crazy, since the car is not that old and it’s been well maintained by the first owner and myself in the early going. Has anyone else experienced anything similar? Any help is appreciated.

beginning stages of clear coat failure; from bird shit!

bird poo is acidic. let it fester in the sun and the acid will eat away at the clear coat.
it's best to wash away bird poo AS soon as you see it.

if bird poo is stuck; use damp microfiber cloth and let it sit on top of bird poo for like 5 secs.
this will loosen it up and then you can wipe it with that same cloth

Maybe the bumper was repainted and they did a crappy job?

Thanks for the replies

Update: Took it back to acura and said WTF? They are refinishing the front bumper. So I’ll have it back Monday. For now, driving the crappy ILX. Glad it’s being handled though.
